Mr. Takeuchi has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry and private equity. He held various executive roles within the $3B Medical Division of W.L. Gore, most recently serving as head of that division. Prior to Gore, Ryan held various positions at Cordis Corp. and Johnson & Johnson, including product management and marketing. Before that, he was with Behrman Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, where he focused on healthcare investment opportunities. He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Merrill Lynch in New York. Ryan is a Kauffman Fellow, has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree in business economics from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
